Welcome to Live Intentionally Now

What if none of us are meant to walk this journey alone?

What if some of life’s greatest lessons are not learned in isolation, but discovered together?

Welcome to Live Intentionally Now.

My name is Maria, and I am so grateful you are here.

If you have found your way to this space, I do not believe it is by accident. Maybe you are searching for a little more peace. Maybe you are standing at a fork in the road. Maybe you are celebrating a season of joy. Or maybe life has left you wondering, There has to be more than this.

Whatever brought you here, welcome. This may have begun with my personal journey, but it is becoming our journey.

How Live Intentionally Now Began

Live Intentionally Now was not created because I have life figured out. It was created because, like so many of us, I am still learning.

I have always been someone who challenges myself to look beyond the obvious. I question old beliefs, explore different perspectives, and ask whether there may be another way to see what I am experiencing.

That curiosity has carried me through moments of joy, uncertainty, fear, growth, and self-discovery.

Throughout my life, I have continued to ask myself:

Is there another way to see this?

That one question has helped me pause, reflect, and become more aware of the way I think, respond, and move through life.

I am learning to:

Live Intentionally Now was born from that journey.

It is a space where I can share what I am learning while also inviting you to examine what life is teaching you.

We Are All Becoming

I have come to realize that we are all learning. We are all healing from something. We are all growing through something.

We are all carrying hopes, dreams, fears, and questions that we may not always share with others.

Sometimes our dreams feel bigger than our courage. Sometimes we know we want change, but we do not know where to begin. Sometimes we find ourselves moving through life on autopilot, responding to everything around us without stopping to ask whether our choices truly reflect the life we want to live.

That is why this community matters. Live Intentionally Now is not about one person standing in front of everyone else and claiming to have all the answers. It is about walking beside one another. I will share the lessons life is teaching me, and you will discover lessons within your own experiences. Together, we can ask better questions, challenge limiting beliefs, celebrate progress, and encourage one another to become more mindful, present, and intentional.

What It Means to Live Intentionally

Living intentionally does not mean living perfectly. It means living with awareness. It means paying attention to our thoughts, choices, habits, relationships, and reactions. It means asking ourselves whether we are choosing our lives or simply repeating patterns we inherited from other people, past experiences, fear, or social expectations.

Intentional living may look like:

These choices may seem small, but small choices shape our days. Our days shape our habits, and our habits eventually shape our lives.

Living intentionally is not about changing everything overnight. It is about making one conscious choice, followed by another.

Life Is Always Speaking

The lessons I share here will come from everyday life. Some may come from quiet mornings on my porch while I watch the birds, feel the breeze, and notice the world waking up around me. Some may come from winding back roads on a motorcycle, where the noise of daily life becomes quieter, and I can hear my own thoughts more clearly. Some lessons may come through laughter and adventure.

Others may come through disappointment, fear, grief, uncertainty, or moments when life does not unfold the way I expected.

I believe every experience has the potential to teach us something. Life is always speaking.

The question is: Are we paying attention? When we slow down long enough to notice, even an ordinary moment can become an invitation to reflect, grow, or make a different choice.

Learn. Reach. Teach.

Three words have become the heartbeat of Live Intentionally Now:

Learn

We remain curious and open. We allow our experiences, relationships, mistakes, victories, and challenges to teach us something about ourselves and the world around us.

Reach

We stretch beyond who we were yesterday. We reach beyond familiar patterns, fear, self-doubt, and comfort zones. We take the next step, even when we do not have the entire path figured out.

Teach

We share what we learn. Not because we have arrived. Not because we are experts. But because one lesson from our journey may become the encouragement someone else needs.

When we share honestly, we remind one another that no one is alone.

That is how communities grow:

This Is More Than a Blog, Vlog, Podcast

My hope is that Live Intentionally Now becomes more than a blog, podcast, or YouTube channel.

I hope it becomes a conversation. A community.

A place where we can be honest about where we are while still believing in who we are becoming.

Through the blogs, podcasts, videos, and conversations we share, we will explore topics such as:

I am not inviting you to watch my journey from the sidelines. I am inviting you to walk with me.

As I learn, we can learn together. As I challenge my thinking, perhaps you will feel encouraged to challenge yours.

As I share my experiences, I hope you will begin to see the lessons unfolding within your own life.

Our Journey Begins Now

I do not know exactly where this journey will take us. That is part of what makes it meaningful. We do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. We only need to become willing to take the next intentional step.

I hope that every blog, podcast, video, and conversation leaves us with one thought, one question, or one action that helps us live with greater awareness.

Because this moment, this breath, this conversation, and this choice are where life is happening.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for walking beside me. This journey will be richer because we are not walking it alone.

Together, let us:

Most importantly, let us choose to Live Intentionally Now.

Let’s Begin Together

I would love for this community to begin with a simple question:

What is one area of your life where you would like to begin living more intentionally?

Let this become more than a place where we consume information. Let it become a place where we learn, grow, and support one another.

This is not about building an audience; it is about building a community one intentional step, one conversation, and one life at a time.

Our Journey This Week

This week, let us practice making one intentional choice each day.

It does not need to be something big or dramatic. It may be as simple as pausing before reacting, spending a few quiet minutes outside, calling someone you love, setting a boundary, or taking one small step toward something you have been putting off.

At the end of the week, ask yourself:

Then come back and share what you discovered.
